Return & Exchange Eligibility
You can request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days of receiving your order, provided the items meet these conditions:
- Unused & Unworn: Items must be in pristine, original condition.
- Original Packaging: Product must include its original box and any protective seals.
- Tags Intact: All original tags and labels must remain attached.
Non-Returnable Items
- For hygiene reasons, panties and items with their hygiene seal removed cannot be returned. We encourage checking our Size Guide before purchase.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”.
- Gift cards.
Our Simple 3-Step Return Process
- Contact Support: Email support@zynesti.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Get Authorization: Our team will review and provide you with return instructions within 24-48 hours.
- Ship It Back: Securely pack and send the item to the address provided.
Refunds & Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable unless stated in our Shipping Policy.
